Through recommendation of Party branches and collective research of the School Party committee, it is planned to determine the following groups and individuals as the University Party committee's 2019-2021 Advanced Party Organization Creation and Outstanding Party Member Development's recommended objects. This is based on the spirit of the Southwest Jiaotong University Committee of the CPC's Notice on Issuing 2019-2021 Advanced Party Organization Creation and Outstanding Party Member Development Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the Notice).
